Founder

H.E. The Late SHEIKH MOHAMED BIN HAMAD J. AL THANI was a prominent member of the Qatari ruling family and close relative of the Emir of Qatar. His Excellency has served as a Minister of State for Education (1978-1989), as well as in ambassadorial roles in Lebanon, Turkey and Syria.

H.E. SHEIKH JASSIM BIN MOHAMED AL THANI, is one of the prominent young business leaders in the State of Qatar. H.E is a graduate of the University of Plymouth, United Kingdom with a degree in Business Management and Administration. Since taking up the role of Chairman for MBHH, H.E. SHEIKH JASSIM has injected new energy, knowledge and expertise into the organization and takes an active and involved approach in the day-to-day management of the business.

Mr. FATHI IBRAHIM ABURISH

Managing Director

Having joined the company in 1980, Mr. Fathi is one of MBHH’s longest- serving executives. As such, he has been instrumental in the development of the company’s organic growth and success, including managing and orchestrating the organization’s restructuring and transformation into the recently formed MBHH. Mr. Fathi holds a Master’s Degree in Economics, from the University of South Dakota and a BA in Political Science and International Relations, from Dakota Wesleyan University, USA.
